Halle Bailey has responded after her son Halo accidentally appeared on DDG’s livestream.
DDG was streaming when Halo unexpectedly walked into view. Fans were excited because they hadn’t seen his face for a long time, but the moment has brought attention back to his privacy.
Honestly, I can understand people being pleased to see him, but I think DDG probably should’ve done more to prevent this from happening.
Although I also think there’s a difference between deliberately putting Halo on camera and him walking into the room. If it happened unexpectedly, I wouldn’t blame DDG too much for this.
That said, streaming live means you can’t edit those moments out before people see them. If keeping Halo off camera is the arrangement, DDG needs to think about where he streams and whether Halo can walk into view.
Now Halle has commented underneath a post about the moment, writing, “he needs to be off camera!”
To me, she sounds frustrated that he’s been shown, even accidentally. I can understand that, especially if she thought they’d already agreed to keep him out of view.
