Minka Kelly has reacted after Dan Reynolds was spotted with Chantel Jeffries just days after their split.
Dan attended Miley Cyrus’ Hollywood Bowl residency on October 18 with Chantel. They arrived together and sat side by side during the concert.
Dan and Minka had reportedly been together for nearly four years, so seeing him out with another woman so soon was always going to get people talking.
I can understand why the timing might be difficult for Minka if the split is still fresh. After such a long relationship, seeing your former partner publicly spending time with someone else so soon could be upsetting.
A source has now shared how Minka is feeling, saying, “Minka is incredibly upset by how quickly Dan appears to have moved on following their split. She wasn’t expecting him to remain single forever, but seeing him publicly spending time with another woman so soon has been difficult for her to accept.”
To me, this seems to be more about the timing than Dan moving on itself. Nearly four years is a long time to be with someone, so seeing things appear to move so quickly afterwards could be difficult to process.
