Carrie Ann Inaba has reacted after an old interview clip of Val being mean about her resurfaced.
In the clip, Val made a comment about Carrie that people are now questioning, saying: “I know where she parks her car.”
Honestly, I can understand why that made some viewers uncomfortable. Even if he meant it as a joke, mentioning where someone parks their car is a pretty strange way to make a point.
I saw people saying it was uncalled for and strange, and it’s making him lose even more fans.
What makes the timing interesting is that Val had recently been suspended after joking about Will Smith’s Oscars incident while defending his wife, Jenna, from criticism.
I actually think that’s why people are paying more attention to this older clip now. But I don’t think it automatically means that he has a long-term grudge against her.
Carrie has now reacted underneath a post about the resurfaced interview.
She simply commented saying: “Oh?”
To me, that’s an interesting response, but it’s too short to know whether Carrie found the remark uncomfortable or was just surprised to see it again.
