Tommy Fury has spoken out about abandoning Molly and their newborn already.
Tommy is devastated after being forced to leave Molly-Mae Hague and their newborn and return to training camp a day after she gave birth.
People were surprised he was even at the birth, but now he’s flown back to Manchester via private jet, less than 24 hours after Molly had given birth.
He is set to go against Eddie Hall on June 13th. A source said, “He flew back up to Manchester yesterday. He’s absolutely devastated, but his fight is less than two weeks away, so he knows he has to do it. He needs to focus on his training.”
The source also said, “Molly is upset too, but she’s surrounded by family, so she’s good, and she understands why he has to do it.”
The couple will reunite at their family home in Cheshire later on. Personally, I think leaving so quickly must have been incredibly difficult for Molly.
Tommy later stepped in and left a comment under a post about it. He said, “Got them on call 24/7.”
It seems he is trying to make excuses, but being on the phone is not the same as actually being there. It’s no wonder people are saying he really needs to make more effort for his family.
