Maya Jama has spoken out after King Kenny was spotted leaving her London flat following the Celebrity Traitors finale.
Kenny left her home on Friday to head to the BBC for Uncloaked, then returned to watch the final with her. He was seen leaving again on Saturday morning, which got people asking whether they were more than friends.
They’d already sparked romance rumours during the series, with viewers picking up on their chemistry while they were playing as Traitors.
Honestly, I can see why an overnight stay got people talking after that. But Maya also had other friends staying, and Kenny had been joining them to watch the final and get ready for Halloween.
Now a source close to Maya has addressed the rumours, saying: “Kenny has been firmly on the sofa this week and the pair find it hilarious that their relationship could be anything else.”
I actually think that explains it pretty clearly. They got on well during the show and have carried on spending time together, but I don’t see why that has to mean they’re dating. Having friends stay over isn’t unusual, especially when you’re all making plans together.
