Bill Burr Reacts To Steven Tyler Calling Him Out For Saying Aerosmith ‘Are Done

Bill Burr has reacted after Steven Tyler corrected him for calling Aerosmith’s Hollywood Bowl concerts their final shows.

The band returned for their first performances in three years, joined by Heart, The Roses and Tom Morello.

But Bill gave the first night a rather definite introduction, calling them “the final two shows in Aerosmith’s history”.

At the next concert, Steven asked whether Bill knew that “you can’t get rid of Aerosmith”, joking they’d still be around at the end of the world.

Honestly, I can understand why Bill thought that. Steven’s vocal cord issues forced them to cancel their farewell tour in 2024, and the band announced they were retiring from touring.

But I love that Steven wasn’t ready to let him announce the end. Retiring from a full tour doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll never play another concert, and these two shows have already proved that.

Steven also reflected on 55 years with his bandmates, although he didn’t announce any more dates.

Now Bill has replied underneath a post about Steven’s comments, writing, “Fair enough”.

I think that’s a funny way to leave it, and it’s nice that he’s not mad that Steven called him out onstage.

Before you go, I wanna know… will Aerosmith play again, or were these their final concerts?
