DDG Calls Out Halle Bailey For Using Their Son Halo’s Voice On Her Album After Their Previous Dispute

DDG has called out Halle Bailey for featuring their son Halo’s voice on her new album.

The pair previously had a dispute over sharing Halo on social media, so hearing him on Halle’s music has raised questions about whether the same boundaries apply to both parents.

Honestly, I can understand why DDG would question it. If you’ve been told to limit how you share your child publicly, hearing them on an album could feel like the other parent gets to make their own rules.

But I also think there’s a difference between including a brief voice clip and regularly filming Halo for social media.

It doesn’t seem like DDG is okay with this, because a source said: “DDG is annoyed that Halle has used their son’s voice on her album when she’s previously been uncomfortable with him sharing their child on social media. He feels like there’s a double standard and doesn’t understand why it’s acceptable for her to include him in her music but not for him to post about him.”

To me, his frustration makes sense, but the two situations don’t have to be treated identically. I can see why Halle thinks what she’s done is different to the way DDG posted Halo online.

Before you go, I wanna know… is Halle being unfair, or is using Halo’s voice different from posting him online?
