Chris Brown has responded to Jada Wallace after she called him out for getting onto the tour bus before her and their son, Arrow.
Chris was leaving his hotel ahead of his MetLife Stadium concert in New Jersey when Jada made her way towards the bus carrying Arrow. Chris got on first rather than holding the door for them.
I can understand why people noticed it. Jada had their kid in her arms, so holding the door would’ve been a small but thoughtful gesture. It wasn’t a huge incident, but it did look a little inconsiderate in the moment.
Jada appeared to give Chris a look as he went ahead of them, and the clip quickly became a talking point.
Jada then addressed the moment herself by leaving a comment underneath a post about what happened, writing, “Should’ve held it for me!”
Chris then replied underneath a post about Jada’s comment, writing, “Maybe next time”.
I think that exchange makes the whole thing feel more playful than serious. Still, I can understand why people felt Chris could’ve shown a little more consideration in that moment.
Before you go, I wanna know… was Chris wrong for getting on the bus first, or are people making too much of a big deal out of all of this?
