Vinnie Hacker has reacted after his girlfriend Carly Joy said she wants to move to Los Angeles to be closer to him.
Carly explained that she and her ex had been long-distance before eventually living together. Now that she’s in a relationship again, she says being around an hour away from her boyfriend is difficult to work around.
She mentioned how her schedule, training and work affect things, and said travelling to see each other is expensive. She’d also forgotten how much easier it was when you lived with your partner.
I can understand that. An hour might not sound like a huge distance, but when both people are busy, constantly planning around travel can become tiring. And it sounds like Carly is comparing this with the convenience of living together before.
Her comments have got people discussing whether she’s considering moving to LA largely for Vinnie. It would be a big change, though, and some people think it’s strange that she has to be the one to move instead of him.
Vinnie has now acknowledged the conversation too. Underneath a post about Carly’s comments, he left three red heart emojis.
