Charles Leclerc has called out Isack Hadjar after a video showed him pushing a fan aside in the F1 paddock.
The footage shows Isack walking past a group of people waiting to see the drivers when he puts his arm out and pushes a fan out of his way.
The video has been getting attention, with people questioning whether Isack needed to react like that.
Honestly, I can understand why fans are annoyed. Imagine waiting around hoping to meet one of your favourite drivers, only to be pushed aside when they walk past?
And I think what makes it worse is that the fan didn’t appear to be doing anything particularly unreasonable in the moment shown.
Of course, drivers need space to move around the paddock, and I don’t think fans should expect them to stop for every photo or autograph.
But I also don’t think that gives Isack a reason to push someone out of the way like that.
And Charles has now reacted to the footage himself.
Underneath a post discussing the incident, he commented: “This is never okay”.
I actually agree with Charles. Even if Isack was in a rush, I think he could have handled that differently.
Before you go, I wanna know, was Isack wrong to push the fan, or do you think the fan should have given him more space?
