Drake has reacted after Bobbi Althoff explained why she and Tyler Hawkins split after nearly two years together.
Bobbi said they weren’t compatible and that the breakup happened a couple of months ago. She has no negative feelings towards him and hopes they both find the right person.
She said, “My ex and I broke up because we weren’t compatible. Honestly, it’s not simple. I have no negative feelings towards him, as it happened a couple of months ago, and I wished him the best. I hope he finds his person, and I hope one day I do, too.”
Honestly, I like how she’s spoken about it. She’s explained why it ended without listing everything that went wrong or making Tyler look bad.
Nearly two years is a long time to spend with someone, and I can understand wanting a couple of months to process it before answering questions publicly.
But now Drake has joined the conversation. Underneath a post about the breakup, he left a suspicious-eyes emoji.
I wasn’t expecting that, and I can see why people are reading into it. Leaving that reaction under someone saying they’re single is bound to get people wondering whether he’s interested.
Personally, I think he knew it would get attention, even if he was only having a laugh.
