Lorenzo has called out Tyrique Hyde after he claimed he doesn’t really like Julia, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting that.
Tyrique shared a video giving his thoughts on the Love Island winners, saying, “Lorenzo and Julia. Lorenzo, you’re not really into it like that, to be honest with you.” What stood out to me is that he never actually explained why he felt that way, which made the comment seem completely random.
Honestly, I’ve always thought Lorenzo and Julia were a great match. They’d only just won the show, and to me, it felt unnecessary to question their relationship so soon after such a big moment. I actually think there’s a reason the public voted for them, and that’s because they looked genuinely happy together throughout the show.
Now Lorenzo has responded himself.
He commented underneath a post about Tyrique’s video, saying, “Not true. Just saying anything for views”.
To me, that’s exactly the response you’d expect. I actually think Lorenzo was right to defend both himself and his relationship because, if someone publicly questions your feelings without giving any reason, you’re obviously going to say something back.
