People questioned why such a personal update was behind a paywall.
Some argued that if the relationship was real, the breakup message should have been public instead of treated like exclusive content.
I understand why that bothered people. Putting a breakup update behind a paywall makes it look like he’s trying to use his fans for money.
I saw that a lot of people said it made their relationship look more like a business partnership than a romance.
After this went viral, Olandria then reacted under a post about the criticism with a laughing face emoji.
Although the post was a bit greedy and I don’t think Nic should’ve done it, I don’t think one paid post proves their relationship was not genuine.
He might just be wanting to promote his subscriber page, or he could’ve just felt like he only wanted a smaller number of people to read what he said.
