The two colleagues have spoken out after the viral video of them having a supposed affair in Bryant Park.
The clip appears to show two colleagues from Wachtell Lipton Rosen and Katz together. Public records show they worked on the same team on a big case involving OpenAI.
When they noticed someone filming, both looked super nervous and tried to cover their faces. They even asked the person to delete the clip, but it got uploaded anyway. Honestly, what stood out to me was their reaction, because acting that nervous made the whole thing look pretty suspicious right away.
The biggest question people are asking is whether either person was being unfaithful. Someone who spoke out claims both of them are actually married to other people.
One source said, “They are so angry that this has gone viral and they think it’s a huge violation of their privacy. Because they grew up being used to that, they didn’t realise what they did could have been filmed and end up on TikTok.”
I can understand why people feel filming strangers and sharing private details goes too far. But to me, if you are doing something like that out in public, I actually think you cannot really expect total privacy.
