Dolly Parton has responded after fans became concerned after a rare public appearance.
The drama started when Dolly attended the grand opening of her new Tennessee truck stop. Videos from the event showed her appearing unsteady on her feet, with two men helping her on and off the stage while she also held onto the podium for support. Fans quickly began sharing their concerns online.
That made things even more emotional because Dolly had recently scaled back her public appearances after cancelling her Las Vegas residency due to health issues. She previously revealed she had been dealing with dizziness, although she assured fans she was responding well to treatment.
Now Dolly has stepped in and left a comment underneath a post about fans worrying about her appearance and said, “Don’t you be worrying about me”.
Personally, I think Dolly’s comment is reassuring, but it’s easy to understand why people were concerned. She’s one of the most loved entertainers in the world, so seeing her need assistance naturally caught fans’ attention.
A lot of insiders have said that Dolly is really strong and is trying to get through everything, one day at a time. Even though she’s putting on a brave face, I really hope she is okay.
