Many celebrities have reacted to Jesse Ridgway and his wife, Ashley, ending their preg.

The couple shared on social media that they made the difficult choice after a Down Syndrome diagnosis.
Ashley underwent the procedure and is currently recovering, but the announcement has completely divided the internet.
Some people get where they’re coming from, but most of the reaction has been extremely negative.
Angry people are calling them monsters and evil for their decision. Many parents of kids with special needs are sharing their own stories and saying that a diagnosis does not justify ending things.
However, others are stepping in to support the couple. They believe families should be allowed to choose what is best for their long-term future and well-being without being judged by strangers like this.
Jesse explained that they spoke with multiple experts before making the final choice, but people don’t care and still think it was an evil thing to do.
Personally, I feel it is an incredibly heartbreaking situation for any family to go through, and I’m not really sure what to think. Everyone deserves to be able to make their own choices, but this is also really sad at the same time.
