Vernon Kay said he’s glad it’s over with Tess, and his full message about it really shocked me.
I’m still surprised that Vernon and Tess have decided to separate, but it just gets worse. While they released a joint message saying they still have a lot of respect for each other, things have taken a bit of a turn.
Vernon spoke out about the breakup. Just one day after the announcement, he decided to hint at how he really feels.
Underneath a quote that said “Every end is a new beginning,” Vernon left a comment. In his comment, he wrote “Indeed.”
To me, this feels a bit insensitive considering how long they were together. It almost confirms that he was already looking for a way out of the marriage.
This has increased the talk about his rumoured new girlfriend, who is supposedly much younger than Tess. Some people are saying it was the same situation as before with Rhian, and Tess had simply seen enough.
Personally, I think the timing of his comment is what makes it look so shady. It’s a very public way to show that he is not exactly upset about the split. But who knows, maybe he’s just trying to stage positive and doesn’t mean anything bad.
