A Loro Piana customer has said they had a horrible and rude experience shopping at their store in London.
The luxury shop on New Bond Street is getting a lot of attention after a person left a 1-star review following a trip to buy shoes. The customer explained that the behaviour they faced was completely unacceptable, and they wished they could give a zero-star rating instead.
The main issue involved a staff member named Federica who allegedly yelled at the customer in front of many people. The person had purchased 10 pairs of shoes on Thursday, but accidentally left their pink water bottle behind in the shop.
When they returned on Saturday to collect it, Federica was not helpful and even turned her back while the customer was speaking. She reportedly shouted that a cleaner might have thrown the bottle away because they thought it was just plastic.
The customer had actually sent a message on Thursday asking for help to keep the bottle safe. Federica said she does not work after 10 PM and claimed she was too busy to check messages the next day. She said, “It was no longer her responsibility.”
The customer ended their post with a message to the staff saying: “You are employees, not the owners of the store”.
Right now, the shop has not made a post about the claims, but the review is being shared across social media.
