Beyonce has just confirmed that she and Jay-Z made Julez Smith remove his post.
People are totally side-eyeing the Carters after Julez shared a photo of himself wearing a shirt featuring Nicki Minaj.
But he suddenly deleted it and uploaded brand new pictures wearing a completely different dark top instead. At first, it just looked like a normal re-upload, but it wasn’t long for fans to put two and two together.
To make things even messier, Julez captioned his replacement post saying, “Y’all so lame.”
Now, fans are entirely convinced that a serious family phone call was made to handle the situation.
People online are mocking him hard for this and joking that he had to get back in the car just to change his outfit and retake the photos.
While there was no direct proof that Beyonce stepped in at first, a source has now claimed that the family absolutely did.
One source said, “Beyonce did make him take it down. She feels it reflected badly on the family’s brand and doesn’t want her family associated with Nicki.”
This really shows how protective she is of their public image, and with all of Nicki’s actions recently, I can see why they did this.
