Claudia Winkleman has finally spoken about Emma Willis taking her job on Strictly Come Dancing.
The search for the new face of the ballroom is over, and it seems Emma Willis has officially landed the huge deal. She is 50 years old, a mum of three, and bosses think she is a safe choice because she is already a household name in the UK.
To me, it makes a lot of sense because Emma has so much experience with live television, and she always stays calm. Apparently, she absolutely nailed the chemistry tests, and the producers are convinced she will do the job justice.
Now, Claudia has revealed her feelings about Emma being the new host. Under a post about it, she left a comment: “This is amazing.”
It’s so nice to see Claudia supporting Emma. Although many of us had our doubts about who could ever replace such an iconic duo, it looks like the BBC has made a great choice.
Emma is expected to be the new Tess Daly of the show, and people are saying Zoe Ball will likely join her to take Claudia’s role. Emma said she feels incredibly proud and humbled to be trusted with this new era of such a massive show.
