Kate Cassidy has admitted her new boyfriend broke up with her after she kept comparing him to Liam Payne.
This started after Kate shared an update about her dating life and said, “I got dumped, you guys.”
Kate said she had met someone new, and at first, things moved quickly.
She described him as sweet and low-key, and said he had already taken her on trips and introduced her to his family.
But Kate also admitted she made the relationship harder because she kept looking for Liam in him.
She said dating after losing someone she thought she would spend her life with has been really tough.
Kate explained that when the new guy did not do something the way Liam would have, she would get upset and compare them.
That made the relationship unfair because the new guy was not just trying to date Kate. He was also being measured against someone she clearly still loves.
Kate said he eventually told her they should go their separate ways because it was just too much.
Personally, I understand why the guy ended it. Kate may not have meant to make him feel second-best, but no one wants to be in a relationship where they are constantly compared to someone else.
