To me, this response shows he doesn’t care about his customers. It’s really quite strange that such a famous person would joke about something that most people find completely wrong.
The original video showed a dog leaving its muck on the floor while people sat at nearby tables. While the woman who filmed it was shocked enough to leave the building, Gordon seems to think it’s just a big joke.
