Chris Brown has spoken out after being “spotted” reuniting with Rihanna backstage in Georgia.
The footage shows Chris and Rihanna standing face to face, and the caption claims they spent more than 20 minutes catching up before sharing a hug.
Considering their history, I can understand why this got so much attention, especially because we haven’t seen them interacting publicly like this in a long time.
But what I found strange was that the video doesn’t actually show them hugging or having a 20-minute conversation.
It only shows them standing together, so I’m not sure where those extra details came from.
And honestly, I think people were quite quick to believe the rumours; it really doesn’t seem realistic that she would get that close to him considering she’s single.
But Chris has now responded underneath a post discussing the supposed reunion.
In his comment, he wrote, “That’s not real…”
I actually think that makes things pretty clear. Chris is saying that the footage is generated and doesn’t want anyone to believe that it’s real. It’s scary that this can happen these days, and hopefully this doesn’t keep happening to him.
