Lara Raj has reacted after a notice claiming Katseye had cancelled all their remaining 2026 tour dates began circulating.
The message was presented as an update from the group’s community manager. It claimed every remaining show and scheduled appearance had been cancelled because of serious medical circumstances affecting multiple members. It also claimed several members were receiving care and remained under close supervision.
The message said the decision had been made following advice from an expert, with the members’ health and recovery being the priority. It also apologised to fans and said further updates about refunds and the members’ recovery would follow.
I can understand why this would have worried fans, especially anyone who had already bought tickets. Cancelling an entire schedule would be a huge disappointment, so it is important to know whether this message actually came from the group.
That is where Lara has now stepped in. Underneath a post about the notice, she commented, “this isn’t real. please dont believe everything you see”.
I’m glad she’s made it clear that fans should not treat the notice as an official update or assume the tour has been cancelled.
