Josh Hokit has refused to apologise to Michelle Obama after publicly making fun of her on TV.
After winning his match at the White House, Josh went for Michelle in his interview and made very bad comments about her. It was completely uncalled for and so disrespectful.
Spectators at the venue reacted with shocked silence, while people at a nearby watch party had mixed reactions. Before making the message, Josh praised Donald and gave him a chain.
Dana White, however, condemned Josh. He said, “I understand that Michelle is a public figure, but I’m completely against saying nasty and untrue things about people’s families. Everyone knows my position on free speech, but I heavily dislike this.”
This is not the first time Josh has made a derogatory remark about a woman. In January, he made a very similar untrue comment about Brittney Griner. Dana mentioned back then that he did not love that either.
After this backlash got bigger, Josh addressed this and left a comment under a post about it. He said, “No. I won’t apologize”.
That is not too surprising, as he obviously does not care what people think about his actions. But, with Dana getting annoyed with him, he might be forced to sooner or later, or else he could lose a lot of major sponsors.
