Rihanna has reacted to Druski mocking Jay-Z, and honestly, I don’t think she was joking with her response.
When I watched Druski’s BET Awards moment, the first thing that stood out to me was how committed he was to the impression.
I actually thought the impression was hilarious, but the more I watched it, the more I started wondering if he’d picked the wrong person to parody. To me, Jay-Z doesn’t seem like someone who enjoys being joked about, especially when the joke is happening on such a big stage.
That’s probably why so many people started talking about it afterwards. It wasn’t just a celebrity impression. It was one of the biggest comedians making fun of one of the biggest names in music.
Even Rihanna stepped in underneath a post about the performance and commented, “he’s gonna cause a stink”.
I think she was warning Druski that Jay isn’t the type of person to simply laugh something like this off. Jay has a lot of power in the industry, so Druski could end up losing a lot of work over this.
Some fans are even worried that this could be his last BET Awards performance ever because they think jay is going to pull strings to ensure he’s never getting major TV gigs again.
