Brooklyn Beckham is not buying David Beckham’s Father’s Day post, and he thinks David is trying to win the public over.
This started after David marked Father’s Day while still estranged from Brooklyn for a second year.
David included an old photo of himself with Brooklyn as a child, plus another picture with all four of his kids.
He also wrote, “Being a dad is my most important job,” and said, “I love you all.”
At first, it looked like David was sending a soft message to Brooklyn without directly talking about their rift.
But the timing made people look closer because Brooklyn had just appeared in a DoorDash ad that mocked the Beckham family fallout.
So David’s post did not feel like a simple Father’s Day tribute. It looked like he was reminding the public that he still sees himself as the loving dad.
However, one source said, “Brooklyn isn’t ever going to accept this. He’s done with David forever. He feels David is just posting this to get the public on his side. He thinks it’s embarrassingly transparent.”
Personally, I think David wanted the post to make him look good, but Brooklyn clearly sees it as a stunt. And if Brooklyn thinks David is trying to win people over, then this post probably made the rift worse.
Before you go, I wanna know, did David post Brooklyn because he misses him, or to look like the bigger person?
