Niall Horan has reacted to Harry Styles emotionally covering the same song as Liam Payne.
Harry received a standing ovation after delivering a stunning performance of Bridge Over Troubled Water.
He took a break from his Wembley residency to perform with an orchestra at the Southbank Center in London.
The performance reminded many fans of his former groupmate Liam Payne, who covered the same song in 2017.
Sadly, Liam passed away at 31 years old back in October of 2024. Personally, I think performing this specific song was a really beautiful way to remember him.
Hours after the show, Harry talked to the crowd at Wembley Stadium about how fragile life can be.
He said, “I’ve been letting a lot of life happen and having some stuff land on me, and as these things were happening… I was reminded of how difficult, inspiring and fragile life can be.”
He also mentioned during a show last month that he had lost some friends over the last couple of years.
Now, Niall Horan has shared his thoughts on the cover and underneath a post about it left a comment that said, “So good.”
To me, this shows that the music definitely made Niall think about Liam too, and it’s no wonder he enjoyed it so much.
Before you go, I wanna know, did you enjoy Harry’s cover?
