Claressa Shields has reacted to people saying she’s copying Remy Ma’s aesthetic.
Over the weekend, Claressa shared a post on Facebook featuring photos and videos, which she later deleted.
In the post, she wrote that people get mad when she is genuinely happy and promised to keep showing off her style.
The photos show her rocking long orange hair and a black outfit with knee-high designer boots.
As soon as the images went viral, people started leaving tons of reactions. A lot of people in the comment sections began claiming that Claressa is completely copying Remy’s signature look.
In my opinion, it’s really unfair to say someone can’t wear certain fashion pieces just because someone else did it first.
Everyone should be allowed to express themselves without being constantly compared.
After this went viral, Claressa finally addressed this and left a comment that said, “No I’m not.”
She is completely denying the claims and obviously doesn’t think she is copying Remy at all.
It’s clear she believes her style choices are entirely her own, and she wants people to stop the comparisons, and I respect her for that.
