Drake has responded to NBA Youngboy pulling out of the Rolling Loud festival in the shadiest way possible.
Youngboy issued a last-minute apology and cancelled his performance out of nowhere. He told his fans that he needed some time away from travelling and performing right now to focus on his well-being.
While some people are being supportive, many ticket holders are extremely disappointed that he dipped out so late. This has sparked a lot of talk about whether he is being respectful to people. Especially those who spent their money to see him.
It really surprised me when Drake decided to step in and left a comment under a post about it, and said: “You gotta try your hardest”. It seems that Drake agrees with most fans that Youngboy should have tried harder to make it to the stage.
However, it’s quite strange that Drake is saying this because he’s infamously known for being late for all of his own concerts and has even been known to have been up to 2 hours late sometimes.
Some say Drake is just stirring the drama, while others agree with him completely. It could also just be a playful joke as Drake’s new album is out soon, and maybe NBA is featuring on it.
